Dear RJMS families,
With the large majority of our students learning in a hybrid model in school, we continue to prioritize their health and safety through the use of the daily health screener in Parent Square, appropriate distancing and mask wearing, disinfecting spaces and surfaces throughout the school day and promoting good hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
Some important dates for the second semester include:
Feb. 1: Start of the third quarter
February 15-19: Winter Break
March 12: End of 25 weeks
March 29-April 2: Spring Break
April 16: End of the third quarter
April 19: Start of the fourth quarter
May 21: End of 35 weeks
June 25: End of the fourth quarter
As we progress into the second half of the school year, our partnership with parents and families is more crucial than ever, given the unusual circumstances of this school year. We encourage parents and families to stay informed about our students’ progress through the Parent Portal, our online gradebook system, and to look at Google Classrooms for assignments and lessons. ParentSquare offers a great tool for communication both to and from school and families.
Please continue to communicate with us in whatever format works for you- phone calls, emails, ParentSquare messages, etc. It is so important to keep our lines of communication open and for us to work together for the success of your children.
